Hi,

After reading lots of information (thank you knna, hammerthc and others) i decided to build my own led grow light just as an experience.

I have a Mean Well LPC 35-700 driver (max:48 V; 700mA constant current). Im thinking running 10 osram platinium dragons LR W5SN-JYKY-1, 3 osram golden dragon plus LW W5AM-KZLX-6K7L and 2 osram golden dragon plus LD W5AM-3T3U-35.

I have a heatsink of aluminium like this bis95big.jpg that has 20cm*9,5cm and 2cm height. I have also two pc fans of 7,5 cm diameter that i can use in the top of the heatsink.

Do you think this heatsink with the 2 fans can keep the 15 led cool?? i can easily buy another piece of those but them i have to join them side by side and i dont know if it wouldnt create heat acummulation on the joining.
